Bob Hedlund
The Hempstalk Family celebrates the life of activist Bob Hedlund. Bob was born June 16, 1942, in Bend, and raised in Portland. He was a volunteer community cable producer/pioneer.
The Bob Hedlund Memorial Scholarship Fund provides workshop fees at reduced rates to participants who demonstrate financial need. The scholarship is funded by donations from independent producers, viewers, community supporters and by Portland Community Media (PCM).
